Richard is a dedicated travel advisor with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for others. Happily married for 23 years and a proud father of seven wonderful children, he understands the importance of family travel and making cherished memories. With a love for cruising and all-inclusive resorts, Richard is committed to helping clients plan their dream vacations, drawing on his personal experiences and insights. Since becoming a travel advisor in 2023, he has embraced the opportunity to share his enthusiasm for exploration and adventure, ensuring that every journey is tailored to meet the unique needs and desires of his clients.

Nancy Lugo

Director of Business Relations / Partner

Nancy is thrilled to join her husband Richard as the Director of Business Relations at Magical Cruising Tour & Travel, bringing her passion for travel and commitment to exceptional service to the team. With a deep love for exploring new destinations, Nancy is dedicated to helping others experience the joy and wonder of travel, particularly through the enchanting world of cruising. One of her favorite all-inclusive resorts, is the Hyatt Ziva in Cancun, Mexico, exemplifies her belief in creating unforgettable vacation experiences. Together, Nancy and Richard are poised to enhance client relationships and curate memorable adventures for travelers seeking to discover the magic of the world.

Robert Gonzalez

Travel Advisor

Robert, a lifelong friend of Richard, has always embraced the joy of travel, a passion ignited during their early years together. Over two decades of marriage and the joys of raising five beautiful children, Robert has cultivated a love for exploration, vacationing at least four times a year to immerse himself in new cultures and experiences. Driven by his enthusiasm for travel and a desire to assist others in creating unforgettable memories, Robert has decided to become a Travel Advisor. His expertise and personal insights make him an invaluable resource for anyone looking to embark on their own adventures around the globe.

Andrea Gonzalez

Executive Assistant

Andrea has joined her husband, Robert, at Magical Cruising as an Administrative Assistant, driven by her passion for travel. Her enthusiasm for cruising and exploring new ships aligns perfectly with the company’s mission. A self-proclaimed foodie, Andrea delights in experiencing diverse cuisines and dishes from around the globe. Among her favorite vacations is her time aboard the Disney Dream with Disney Cruise Line, where she enjoys the perfect blend of adventure and culinary exploration. Andrea’s unique insights and love for travel make her a valuable addition to the Magical Cruising team.

Trinity A. Lugo

We are excited to welcome Trinity to the Magical Cruising team as our Travel Videographer and Photographer. With a passion for travel and storytelling, Trinity expertly captures the essence of each destination through her lens. A Film Major, she possesses a strong background in filming and editing, allowing her to create stunning visual narratives. Trinity is also available for destination weddings, bringing her unique artistic vision to every special occasion. We look forward to seeing her creativity shine in our projects!
